Aron Vellekoop León (hereinafter: "I") processes personal data of its visitors, customers, prospects and other contact persons. I do this to help my clients as well as possible and to achieve my goals. In this privacy statement, I explain why and how I process your personal data. This statement relates to all my processing of personal data in my role as an illustrator and visual artist, both online and offline.

Which personal data do I process?
I process the following personal data:

First and last name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address and payment details. I only process this information because you use my services and / or because you yourself provide it to me.

Why do I process this personal data?
I process personal data for the following purposes:

Delivering goods and services and handling payments
To call or e-mail you if necessary to carry out my services
To inform you about changes to my services and products.

I also process personal data if I am legally obliged to do so. This mainly concerns personal data that are required to meet my tax liability.

Automated decision-making

I do not take decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for someone. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a person sitting in between.

Retention periods
I do not store personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which this data is collected.

Third recipients
I use service providers to implement my services. These are not 'third recipients' but processors. For example, I work with a bookkeeper, maintain a webshop at Tictail and use Google Analytics. These parties process personal data in accordance with my order.

Sometimes I am legally obliged to provide personal data to third parties; like the tax authorities. Furthermore, I will only provide personal data to third parties with your express permission.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or mobile phone when you visit this website. I use cookies with a purely technical functionality. Which gives me insight in the way which and how often this website is used. This way I ensure that this website works optimally. I process anonymous statistics with a web analysis system. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. How I secure personal data
I take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
